Steve Kovacic is VP & Chief Innovation Officer at The Good Samaritan Society/Good Samaritan Canada, leading digital transformation across continuing care in Alberta. With a mandate spanning operations and innovation, he modernizes infrastructure, strengthens cybersecurity, and builds workforce capacity to deliver better outcomes. Nationally recognized, he co-leads a province-wide effort aligning technology with long-term care goals and co-authored a case study on digital transformation and cyber risk which advances a smarter, safer, more compassionate system.
