After finding that a prolonged stretch can relieve chronic tennis elbow, physiotherapist Mark created the ArmLock: an at-home brace that lets patients perform the stretch safely and consistently. A recent University of Alberta study showed a significant clinical benefit with 30 minutes of daily use. This simple, novel approach could reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life for people with tennis elbow worldwide.
