Serial Entrepreneur and Tech Innovator
Shawn Freeman is a serial entrepreneur and IT leader who has founded and scaled multiple companies to multimillion-dollar success. After earning a BSc from the University of Calgary and a MSc in Management Science from the University of Waterloo, he launched TWT Group in 2011, growing the managed IT service provider to seven figures before a successful sale in 2020. He now runs Impactful MSP, helping managed-service owners grow. Shawn serves on the boards of the Trellis Foundation and the A100, mentors with the Venture Mentoring Service of Alberta, and leads Entrepreneurs’ Organization Calgary.
