On June 6th, 2018, TasteTECH and TasteOLOGY brought together a fantastic group of biotech innovators, expert chefs and local brewers and distillers together for an evening event of delicious appetizers, refreshing field-to-glass beverages and inspiring conversations. In partnership with Genome Alberta and Corteva Agriscience, the ASTech Foundation highlighted the farmers and producers that form the connection between the agriculture secture and the food we eat.
With the inaugural INVENTURE$ “un-conference” in full swing, the crowd at the Tastemarket was full of entrepreneurs and industry reps making connections and forging relationships over craft beer, spirits and freshly-prepared appetizers from SAIT’s culinary team.
